What we do
We help students explore and understand success by exposing them to adults who have overcome adversity to succeed. We know that successful students and children who grow up to be successful adults generally have strong role models. For some youth it is a parent or other relative they look up to and respect. For others it is a teacher, coach or other adult with whom they have a significant relationship. Many other youth have the internal fortitude to make it without a significant role model. And still there are many left behind with no real role model to follow. We provide role models through literature, film projects and more.

Through books, film-making, and other engaged activities, we share the inspiring lives of people who grew up with adversity and created a successful life.
Help us provide our 4 - 6 grade chapter books to schools and nonprofit agencies at no cost.
Achievement U, Inc. is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that works with schools, community based agencies, government programs, and faith-based organizations to provide life changing, engaging and exploratory books and film projects for youth (ages 8 – 15).
